Washi Wednesday. It's all about the sticks.

It's Wednesday! The weeks are flying by aren't they? We're hurtling towards the C-Word at an epic pace.

This week's Washi Wednesday was proposed by Zoƫ, who saw it here (with a handy tutorial), and executed by me at Knit & Natter last night. I'll be honest, there is always natter, but the knitting doesn't necessarily materialise.

Washi pick-up-sticks.

We headed up the street to check out our friend Steve's new sandwich bar venture today. Grub Hub does what it says on the tin! It's a proper, down to earth sandwich shop. Everything is made fresh to order, the ingredients are simple and it generally lacks pretension in a very appealing way! They sell Tunnocks Teacakes and Caramels. We therefore approve.

Nice photo - but who is the dodgy looking bloke outside the Hub?
